Luxe Interiors + Design Magazine Showcases LA-Based Aero Shade Custom Window Coverings

Luxe+ Design Magazine

Luxe+ Design Magazine focuses on luxury interior design and architecture. It features high-end and innovative design concepts, providing a glimpse into the world of opulent living spaces, exceptional craftsmanship, and cutting-edge concepts.

Getting a shout-out in this rarified air is a very big deal. Yet that’s exactly what happened in the March/April 2018 issue of Luxe+ Magazine, where Aero Shade figured prominently in a photo spread of a redesigned LA-area home.

Aero Shade’s top-down/bottom-up roller shades and airy, floor-length drapes perfectly complemented the modern Mediterranean style of a gorgeously refurbished home with bold tilework, stained wood supports and flourishes, wrought iron light fixtures, and prominent windows demanding an aesthetically pleasing blend of light and privacy control.

The results must be seen to be appreciated; we’ve included several photos here (and wish we had more!).

Blending Sunlight Control, Privacy & Style

Aero Shade works directly with architects and interior designers throughout the USA — a collaboration that brings together the best of design, functionality, and style. Their mission is to provide an ideal balance of sunlight control, privacy, and aesthetics in every room. By tailoring each window covering to the unique needs and style of the home, Aero Shade ensures that every project is a masterpiece of design and functionality.

What Are Top-Down/Bottom-Up Shades?

Top-down/bottom-up shades offer superior control over lighting, privacy, and aesthetics compared to standard roller shades. Their versatility, energy efficiency, and protection of interior furnishings make them an excellent choice for rooms where you want natural light while preserving privacy and room brightness.

Top-down/bottom-up shades are unique in that they can be opened from the top or bottom. You can let light in through the upper part of the window while keeping the lower portion covered; alternatively, you can cover the top while keeping the bottom open for natural light without glare.
